the air conditioning in my room was subpar. even after i reported it multiple times, it never really improved. the room size also felt quite small given the hotel's five-star rating. these issues affected my comfort .

I relished the really good breakfast. There was a vast variety to choose from each morning. the banana lounges around the resort were comfortable, providing the perfect spot for relaxation. i found the pools inviting and the beach was easily accessible for refreshing swims.
the room ac struggled to maintain a consistent temperature, even after i reported it multiple times. it was a bit of a bother during warmer afternoons.

the room ac was terrible even after complaining multiple times the rooms were small for a hotel the check in was two hours late this was unacceptable and a bad start to the holiday
