subpar air conditioning small room
the air conditioning in my room was subpar. even after i reported it multiple times, it never really improved. the room size also felt quite small given the hotel's five-star rating. these issues affected my comfort .

heavenly escape
vast variety comfortable lounge refreshing swim
I relished the really good breakfast. There was a vast variety to choose from each morning. the banana lounges around the resort were comfortable, providing the perfect spot for relaxation. i found the pools inviting and the beach was easily accessible for refreshing swims.
the room ac struggled to maintain a consistent temperature, even after i reported it multiple times. it was a bit of a bother during warmer afternoons.

The hotel enjoys a superb location near the town center. This offers easy access to local attractions. the beautiful beach is easily accessible from the hotel grounds. it allows for spontaneous seaside moments.

There are four on-site restaurants available. Each provides a distinct culinary experience. the pools are well maintained. There are plenty of sunbeds. the hotel also has evening programs. These provide additional entertainment.

friendly staff fresh food great location terrible ac small rooms late check
the staff were very friendly and available i was grateful the hotel was clean and the food served was fresh i found it well-located near a bus station , made going to the city easy
the room ac was terrible even after complaining multiple times the rooms were small for a hotel the check in was two hours late this was unacceptable and a bad start to the holiday
